This fabulous villa was constructed in 2008 from reclaimed stone to ensure it fitted in with the traditional village of Biniaraix. It was built to very high standards with marble or terracotta floors throughout and stone terraces. The top floor has a beautiful spacious lounge area with traditional fireplace which opens via french doors onto a terrace (8mx5m). The room also has fold back doors which give wonderful views over the entire Soller Valley. A grand stone staircase leads to the middle floor with 3 double bedrooms (1 en-suite), all with their own balconies overlooking the valley, and the family bathroom with full bath and double walk in shower. The lower floor opens into a huge kitchen, living, dining area (7m x 7.5m) with a Santanyi stone fireplace as the centrepiece to the room and a large very well equipped kitchen area. Also on this floor is a large utility room and a downstairs shower room with WC. This leads to the lower terrace and out to the infinity pool, terraces and gardens with orange and lemon trees as well as numerous grape vines.
The pool is 7mx4m and has an infinity edge which gives tremendous views of the valley while you swim. A water tank under one of the pool terraces holds mountain water which the house has access to and waters the garden via an automatic system even in the height of summer. There is also a large garage. The house has been built in a traditional style while affording all the luxuries that a new house can give. A truly unique and stunning family house.
