Every room is equipped with air conditioning. There are electric security shutters and satellite TV is supplied. The underground parking space is also included within the price. (They are usually excluded, and negotiated separately.)
The community is well known for being one of the more exclusive ones. As you can see from the images, there are only three floors. They all have lovely balconies, but this apartment has direct access into the communal gardens and swimming pool. If you have visitors with children, this apartment is ideal. They can come and go without the need for you to accompany them up and down the stairs!
