This spacious 5 bedroom house is on 3 levels and has 5 bedrooms overall. There are 4 “bathrooms”. We term them bathrooms, but as you will see in the images, this is a very “modern” house and there are baths within some of the bedrooms. The sea view is from the terrace upstairs. The house is only a short walk from the beach at this small resort. It’s a great place to spend the summer. The beach is not vast but sufficient and the bay shelters you. Pollensa town is close by where you will find larger shops and supermarkets. Puerto Pollensa is also a few minutes away by car.

As this house has a Holiday Rental Licence number, you are legally allowed to rent it out for short-term holidays. It also gives any buyer comfort that the property is well equipped and nicely presented as the rental properties are inspected for continuation of the licence.

The house has underground parking (now converted to bedrooms) and air-conditioning. The pool is a decent size (7m x 4m) and it has a good lawn garden.
