Pollença

The town of Pollenca is situated in the north of the Mallorca Island and is just a 45-minute drive away from the Palma airport. The old town of Pollenca is to be found just four miles inland from Puerto Pollenca, and is dubbed by countless people to be one of the most unique, untouched and quaint Roman townships of Mallorca. The beautiful town consists of impressive stone abodes and narrow avenues. The eye-catching central square is jam-packed with locals and tourists alike every Sunday, when it holds a morning market. Alcudia

Alcudia is relatively spread out into 3 main sections: The Old Town, The "Centre", and The Port. The Port d’ Alcudia (The Port) is two miles (3 km) south of the historical Old Town of Alcudia, from which it takes its name. The sprawling, purpose-built resort, together with its neighbour Playa de Muro, stretches for five miles (eight km) either side of the coast road with which the British, German and Scandinavian families have come to know.

Colonia st. Pere

A quiet little fishing village on the north east coast of Mallorca with 22 restaurants and a a new marina in construction.

Capdepera

Capdepera is a historical village just 8km from Arta as you approach Cala Ratjada near the top of Mallorca's east coast. Originally there had been a watchtower where the castle stands today which was used to guard the coast. In 1300 King Jaume II ordered the construction of a fortified village which would control the uninhabited land below and the maritime routes with Mallorca.

Cala Ratjada

Cala Ratjada on Mallorca's north east coast is centred on an old town with a working port. This serves as a base for various boat trips along the coast as well as for ferries to Menorca. Pay a visit to Cafeteria Maritimo which overlooks the port then take a walk north overlooking the sea until you reach the stunning little bay of Cala Gat, a truly hidden gem as far as best beaches of the area is concerned.

Banyalbufar

The village of Banyalbufar on the noth side of the island, lies on a mountainside that slopes down to the sea, dotted with terraced land (marjades), orchards, gardens and typical cisterns (safarejos) used to store irrigation water.

The watchtower of Es Verger, also known as Torre de Ses Animes (Tower of the Spirits). Located at kilometre 88.6 on the road to Estellencs, offers views of magnificent sunsets. The Cloister of Sa Baronia. Located in the village of Banyalbufar, was a defence tower in the seventeenth century and cloister in olden days and today it is a small hotel. Canyamel

Canyamel lies on the east point of the island of Mallorca. It is blessed with a pretty sandy beach and lagoon. Is a pretty seaside town with a Friday market and a tough 9 hole golf course that is currenly being extended to 18 holes.

Most properties for sale in Son Severa are in the 300,000 to 2 million euro bracket and are mainly larger detatched properties.

Cala Millor

Andratx Port beaches and town

Surrounded by charming villas with pools, Andratx is rightly considered one of the most delightful places to live in Mallorca whether for residential breaks or a peaceful life. Set within its own bay and surrounded by hills to the north and east, Port Andratx has its own favourable microclimate providing shelter for boats and warm late evening beaching and eating at the numerous restaurants on the quayside. Andratx is a region with three areas all of which have different characters. In common with most old towns of Mallorca, each settlement had a port with, either a fortified town such as at Alcudia or Palma, or an inland town at a safe distance from the coast away from pirate attacks. A few properties at Port Andratx give directly onto a beach near the sailing club in addition to a couple of small beaches near the quayside so most of the villas have pools. The big beach for Port Andratx is over the hill to the east in the bay adjacent at Camp del Mar. Here you can expect to find some of the most stunning villas and chalets on the island. Manacor

Manacor is located towards the centre of the island, it has one of the busiest street markets on the island, held every Monday morning. below 250,000

For a budget below 250,000 € you can expect to find a selection of smaller apartments for sale in the South Western areas such as Port Andratx or Santa Ponsa. These won't be in prime locations but are set in these exclusive areas. If you are looking for a town house or a small villa, you may be better off looking in the Llucmajor area in the South. The north and north east rarely offers any sizeable properties within this budget. Expect to see smaller apartments for sale if looking near the coast.

250,000 - 500,000

For between 250,000 € and 500,000 € the choice varies wildly when looking in different parts of Mallorca. The South West rarely offers much more than a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment when seeking a property for sale near the coast with a sea view. If you are prepared to look for inland Mallorcan property in the South West, you are likely to find town houses and smaller villas at this price. The South and South east offers the best value, with good sized villas on reasonable plots and the North east around Pollenca has 2 or 3 bedroom apartments for sale.You may be able to find an old finca for sale inland if you are prepared to do a little work.

500,000 - 750,000

For between 500,000 € and 750,000 € we can offer some fabulous apartments in some of the prime locations like Port Andratx, Santa Ponca with sea views. These are likely to be good sized 2 and 3 bedroom apartments in smaller communities. Larger properties for sale in Mallorca, within this price range, can be found in the middle of the island or in the South and East around the towns of Arta and Llucmajor. The North east real estate is mainly focused on the Pollenca area with large town house by the sea and smaller villas inland known as fincas.

750,000 - 1,000,000

For up to 1 million euros, you are likely to find some amazing beachfront villas in the east and the south of Mallorca including some luxury villas in Cala Dor. Most of these will have swimming pools and guest houses. You are likely to find these villas in good order and some of them will be constructed in the traditional local stone. The Port Andratx and Santa Ponsa areas of the South West are likely to offer luxury 2 bedroom penthouses with sea views, or smaller villas slightly inland with mountain views.

1,000,000 - 2,000,000

Inland, you are likely to see large villas for sale with many plots over 12,000 sq meters together with guest houses, tennis courts, swimming pools and gymnasiums. For the the same price, you are likely to see large penthouse apartments for sale in the exclusive areas of South West Mallorca. These penthouses will generally have fabulous sea views. Luxury villas by the sea can be found for sale in the North East at this price.

2,000,000 - 4,000,000

Unbelievably, this price category has the greatest variety of Mallorcan real estate to offer. Whether you are
looking for large penthouse apartments in the most exclusive areas or larger inland rustic fincas with large
estates, you are likely to find what you desire. The choice is superb as Mallorca has a reputation for exclusive
real estate. Properties within close proximity of well know personalities, can be found between Soller and
Formentor in the North of Mallorca and you are likely to find a smaller villa for sale in these locations.

over 4,000,000

Whatever your specific requirements are, there is likely to be a good range of luxury Mallorcan real estate to choose from. The areas between Soller and Formentor in the North offer exclusivity and wonderful sea and mountain views. Private estates can be found all over the island, but the very North offers a natural environment that is rare in the South. The South West is favoured by those seeking a sumptuous villa within close proximity of a marina such as Port d'Andratx.
