Detached Mallorca house near Pollensa with a Holiday Rental Licence
Detached Mallorca house near Pollensa with a Holiday Rental Licence.

In order to legally rent a holiday home out in Mallorca, the property must have a holiday rental licence. This lovely house has one. This means that the paperwork for the property is all correct and that the villa is well presented and compliant in terms of certain items offered.

The house would also suit a family looking to relocate to Mallorca. It is just a short distance to Pollensa town which has a vibrant community. In winter months, the café’s are a reliable source of local chatter. In the Summer, most people take the short drive to Puerto Pollensa and use the vast sandy beach.

The property is in an elevated position within an area called S Ubach, which is roughly equidistant with Pollença and Sa Pobla. It is set within a large plot of about 2,400 SqM. Upstairs, there are 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 shower room. Downstairs, the large sitting room opens out onto the terrace. There is a wood burner for the winter evenings. The dining room is separate to the sitting room but it also allows access to the covered terrace.

The swimming pool has terraces and there is a hot tub. Some of the terraces offer an open view to woods.

The house is well equipped and offers air conditioning. It’s ideal for holiday rental but would work just as well for a longer stay.

Of note:
1. House has a holiday rental licence
2. House is wheel chair friendly.

Please ask for a “virtual viewing” if you can’t make it to Mallorca for a while. We will visit the property and take you on a live personal video tour.
