This finca rustica Majorca is situated in Montuiri, which is a mountainous area in central Mallorca. In the town are various supermarkets, restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The distance to Palma city and the international airport is about 20 minutes by car.
The finca was built in 1997 at a terraced plot of land of approx. 10.751 m² in an idyllic environment of nature. The decoration of the house is made in the way of feng shui.
The living area on two levels of 200 m² of the finca includes a separate guest and poolhouse.
Accompanied by beautiful panoramic views the main entrance of the finca, is on the top floor. The living space on two levels comprises of a living room, dining room with beautiful built-in shelves, fully fitted kitchen, utility room, two store rooms, two bedrooms, one bathroom and guest toilet.
Partly roofed terraces of 150 m² surround the finca.
The separate guesthouse with fantastic views is situated in a quiet and private location beside the finca and has a living space of approx. 28 m². It comprises of a living - bedroom with SAT-TV and one bathroom.
Up on the picturesque and enormous plot of land of 10.751 m² with automatic irrigation system is orange and almond trees. There is a roofed drying area, a typical mallorquin oven, the grot next to the finca can be transformed into a wine cellar, a well with private water, access balcony and porches.
To the rear of the finca is a pool (4 x 8 m²) offering lots of possibilities for relaxing in the environment of natures with a modern poolhouse.
The finca also benefits from gas-central heating (tank of 2.000 l), double glazed windows and persians of teak, SAT-TV, all rooms with TV connection, lighting for the outside and pool, equipment of decalcification, gas fired hot water tank and electric gate.
