In order to legally rent a holiday home out in Mallorca, the property must have a holiday rental licence. This lovely house has one. This means that the paperwork for the property is all correct and that the villa is well presented and compliant in terms of certain items offered.
The house would also suit a family looking to relocate to Mallorca. It is just a short distance to Pollensa town which has a vibrant community. In winter months, the café’s are a reliable source of local chatter. In the Summer, most people take the short drive to Puerto Pollensa and use the vast sandy beach.
The property is in an elevated position within an area called S Ubach, which is roughly equidistant with Pollença and Sa Pobla. It is set within a large plot of about 2,400 SqM.
